"i had to go here for two root canals i needed that were getting bad and causing jaw pain, i had Dr. Manasco and he was so great! they got me in the day after i called to do x-rays and then scheduled my root canals for two days later which is very speedy. the procedure was painless and he was very attentive. i would highly recommend him! the nurses and office staff were also very kind, they have a great team!"

"Dr Manasco & his staff are the best! Because of the severity of the 1 tooth, 2 visits were required. Dr. Manasco & his assistant was completely thorough & detailed oriented with my care. Explained every step beforehand. Promoted comfort. I had no pain or discomfort during the procedure & minimal to no pain afterwards. When Root Canal is mentioned stress level goes up. Add to the stress finding an Endodontist close by that takes RSA’s Southland Insurance. There are none in Mobile City/County. They are the only one’s in Baldwin County & on the AL Gulf Coast who does. Other closest are in Tuscaloosa, Montgomery & Birmingham."

"I have never had a root canal before and I didn't not know what to expect. Dr Manasco and his staff were top notch in every way. The communication was very good. Dr. Manasco explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, even during the procedure. My pain was practically nonexistent. I flowed his suggestion with Advil and Tylenol and it worked perfectly. I’ve been able to eat like normal, just being careful with the tooth that was repaired. I am 3 days removed from the procedure and I’m feeling great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice. I hope I won’t need anymore, but age sometimes wins… I will go to Dr. Manasco for any and all future procedures!"
"Love my new dentist! My last root canal procedure by a different dentist in Mobile was absolutely painful and a terrible experience! This was a hallelujah moment for me!!! He questioned me about my dental issue in great detail which helped me understand what was bothering me and the cause of such discomfort with the tooth . Root canal procedures can be tough to endure but he told you what he saw after the examination, told me what he needed to do and conversed with me during the entire procedure. He and his assistant definitely worked in unison which made me feel at ease during my visit. Love my new dentist !"

"As you can imagine, I wasn’t looking forward to my root canal. However, from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the pleasant receptionist, I felt welcomed and calmed. "I drove from Mobile to Daphne to visit Dr. Manasco’s office. The entire experience was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Even when calling to inquire about making my appointment, the staff member (Mandy) was super welcoming and helpful. The staff member who took care of my insurance claim and payment was also very friendly and professional. Dr. Manasco ensured that I knew what was happening during the entire procedure. "I was very impressed with Dr. Manasco throughout this whole experience. The office was clean and well decorated, and his staff polite and respectful. I've never had a root canal before so I've heard horror stories. I experienced no pain throughout the whole procedure. What I did not expect, and found incredibly unusual given service standards today is the fact that Dr. Manasco personally called me at 8:30 the evening of my procedure to follow-up on how I was doing and remind me to swish with warm salt water, which I had actually forgotten to do. I can't recommend Dr. Manasco more highly!"

"I've had 6 or 7 root canals done by Dr, Monasco. Maybe there are other endodontists out there that are as good, but I cannot imagine that any one could be better. The only pain I had during any of the visits was the initial injection of local anesthetic. It's true what others have said about the length to which he and his assistants go to insure your comfort. On one of my visits the offending tooth had only a single root... from the time I left home, had the procedure done then returned home, less than 45 minutes had passed. As I recall, the evening after each of those root canals, Dr. Monasco called me at home to insure that I no problems. Enough said."
