Dr. Tres H. Manasco is an experienced endodontist with over 25 years in practice, specializing in root canal therapy. Throughout his career, he has performed more than 25,000 endodontic procedures, honing his expertise in treating a wide variety of cases. Dr. Manasco is known for his careful, precise approach to patient care, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to meet the individual needs of every patient.
Dr. Manasco earned his B.S. in Biology from The University of Alabama in 1991 and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Alabama Birmingham School of Dentistry in 1995. He went on to complete a one-year general practice residency followed by a two-year residency in Endodontics. Dr. Manasco is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Alabama Dental Association.
Originally from Haleyville, AL, Dr. Manasco enjoys staying active through CrossFit®, golf, and fishing. He is a member of 3 Circle Church and a founding member of the Fairhope Sunset Rotary Club. Dr. Manasco resides in Fairhope, AL with his wife, Dr. Michele Manasco, an organizational psychologist, and their two children.

I was greeted shortly after my appointment time and taken straight back to get X-rays done,, Dr Manasco came in and spoke with me about what we were doing, he did a great job and took care to check and see if I was having pain, and took appropriate actions thereafter.
